Our tip: book online whenever possible. Dynamic pricing means you can benefit from a better price: the earlier you book, the more attractive the fare may be.

Pay online
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a collection QR code.
Scan your QR code
Go to one of the resort’s 12 automatic kiosks and simply scan the QR code received by e-mail.
Collect your ski passes
The kiosk issues your ski cards. A new confirmation lists the card numbers and the skiers assigned to them. You can then head straight to the slopes.
No need to visit the ticket office: once you have collected your ski cards, you can head straight to the slopes.

Le Grand-Bornand has 12 automatic kiosks across 5 locations. Almost all ski card collections are made directly from these kiosks.

Reloading: your ski pass is loaded directly onto your ski card
Already have a compatible ski card? There is no need to collect a new one.
Find your card number
Find the number printed on your hands-free ski card. It must begin with a number sequence such as 01-1614.
Choose your ski pass en ligne
Select the duration, date and age of the skier(s), then enter the ski card number when prompted.
Pay for your order
As soon as payment is confirmed, the reload is applied directly to the relevant ski card(s).
Go skiing
Your ski pass activates when you first go through the lift gates. There is no new card to collect and no need to visit the ticket office.
Your ski card is ready to use: once payment has been confirmed, keep it with you and go straight to the lifts.
Good to know
- Ski passes are personal, named and non-transferable.
- Checks may be carried out on the slopes.
- Keep your proof of purchase with you, either printed or digital.
- Please also carry photo ID showing your age whenever required for the fare used.
- When reloading, carefully check the ski card number entered before confirming your order.
